There are plenty of people who are prepared to point out your typos, your errors, your floors.


But what about patting you on the back to encourage you on your trajectory? They are the valuable ones in your life.


We need constructive feedback. It helps us calibrate our trajectory and ensure we’re on the right path. But if it’s just criticism pointing out where you’ve got wrong, then maybe that isn’t the sort of company you need in your life…
